Epigenetic Regulation
in Acute Leukemia

KMT2A · MENIN · EPIGENETICS

We investigate how hyperactivation of the KMT2A protein complex drives acute myeloid leukemia, and how small-molecule Menin inhibitors disrupt these oncogenic transcriptional programs to produce therapeutic responses.
